| When a site is
user friendly, a person usually does not notice it. It's when a
site is NOT user friendly that they notice it. If a site us not
user friendly, they usually leave the site and do not return. I
believe that a site should not only be easy to use but also be visually
appealing. These two combinations equals success.
As an Information Architect and User Interface
Designer, I possess valuable experience with the user experience
and site heuristics through user testing and market research; competitive
analysis, use cases and intuitive knowledge.
